In the last article reviewing our local pizza, The Best Slice in FLOW, Junior’s Pizza and Subs was determined to have the best plain sliced pizza in the FLOW area. This was based on the percentage of dough, crust, sauce, cheese, and oil on the pizza, as well as the overall taste. However, this was based on my own experience and opinion. Many other factors go into the overall experience that I could not account for in my rankings, such as customer service, and the quality of other food options. This is why I have asked you, the students of Indian Hills, for your opinion. I asked a variety of students, ranging from every grade level to every town, to name the most frequented and favorite pizza destinations, along with an explanation of their choice.

As you can see, Uncle Louie’s Pizza is clearly the most popular choice for both categories. According to responses, students have good reasons to keep going back. According to one student, “I like Uncle Louie’s because they have a yummy Pizza Bianca. The owner has also made a genuine effort to connect with customers which I appreciate. The prices are decent, the atmosphere is nice, and the food is delicious.” Another student said, “I like the food and how there are many options in Uncle Louie’s Pizza.” It’s not only Uncle Louie’s that got high praise, Frank’s Pizza also had its fair share of compliments. One student wrote that they choose Frank’s because, “it’s the quality, variety of options, and customer service.” Another student praised Frank’s, and even brought up another restaurant that was not on the list, “The pizza at both Franks & Cucina 347 are incredible! The fried Oreos at Franks are so good while the bread at Cucina is great.” Another student speaks very highly of Franklin Lakes Pizza: “Franklin Lakes Pizza customer service is great; every experience I’ve had in the store was kind. It’s also on the way home from work so it’s convenient for me. The pizza is a similar quality to Frank’s, but I think the people are nicer.”
